Sourcing
We work with selected farmers, farmer groups and local suppliers across Indonesia's spice-producing regions.

Incoming material is inspected against the agreed product specification before it enters production.

Cleaning & processing
Cleaning, sorting, drying or conditioning, and grinding, depending on the product and the format ordered.

Quality control
Samples are drawn throughout the run rather than only at the end, so a drifting line is caught while it is still running.

Packaging
Packed to the customer's requirement — 20, 25 or 50 kg bags, or buyer-specified and private-label packaging.

Export preparation
Documentation and export procedures are completed before the container is loaded at Tanjung Perak.

Documents vary by product and by the regulations of the destination market. Testing and additional documentation can be coordinated to a specification agreed in advance.
